Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American actress and comedian who was a member of Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2012 and has since played on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the older of two children. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent manager, and Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her father was Bob Elliott (radio comedian). Their younger sister and actress Bridey Elliott, was also born in Wilton. She was a student at Immaculate High School Danbury where she performed in musicals as well as school plays. After having graduated from Immaculate High School in 2005, she attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but she dropped out in the first year of her studies .In 2010 Elliott began a relationship with fellow Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. Their relationship ended in September of 2011. On September 3 on the 3rd of September, 2016 Elliott tied the knot with Bill Kennedy, a television writer. Edith Pepper Kennedy was born to them. Elliott studied comedy at The Groundlings, and then began to perform and train in several sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
