  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born on April 30 1991) is better known under his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American musician, rapper and songwriter as well as record producer. His stage name is the combination of the name of a loved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his first major label contract in 2012 with Epic Records. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. Then, he launched his Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album of full length, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. In 2013 Scott released his debut full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. It was then followed by Days Before Rodeo. The album that he released as his debut studio album, Rodeo (2015), was a hit due to the single "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) became the first Billboard 200 number one album. In the following year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the name group Huncho Jack.In 2018 the third studio album, Astroworld, was released to great acclaim. It also featured his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It was a top hit on the Billboard 200. Following the release of his single "Franchise", which featured Young Thug and M.I.A., Scott was in a position to release the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first artist on The Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot within the span of a year.
